An advanced ENT centre

Keshav medical centre and hospital was established in July 2014. The hospital is primarily an advanced ENT and head neck surgery centre, one of its kind, with ultra modern facilities and an experienced team of doctors, nursing and paramedical staff. The hospital is equipped with coblation technology, a bloodless dissection tool used specially in surgery of tonsils, adenoids and surgery for snoring and sleep apnea. The hospital provides treatment for all routine ear, nose and throat diseases and also manages complicated cases in ENT. It has a modern operation theatre, operating microscopes for microear surgery, facilities for endoscopic sinus surgery, head and neck surgery, minor procedure room, sleep lab, audiology and speech lab, in house indoor and outdoor pharmacy. Well furnished, clean private and general wards with trained and cooperative nursing staff ensure a comfortable stay for the patient and their attendants.

Director Message

Keshav Medical Centre and Hospital is named after my father late Pandit Keshavanand, whose guidance and blessings helped me to make a doctor out of my elder son Anoop Kaushal. It has been our sincere effort to setup an ENT centre with the best of standards and provide comprehensive ENT care to the community, keeping a special consideration to those who come from humble economic background. The state of Uttrakhand has limited resources of income, especially in remote hilly areas. The hospital is an effort to ensure good quality health services, especially ENT, to such members of the community.

I am happy that my son Dr. Anoop Kaushal who is highly qualified ENT surgeon is fulfilling the dreams of my father.
I took the management & maintenance of Keshav Medical Centre Hospital after my retirement from ONGC as Group General Manager.

History

The hospital was established with the untiring efforts of Dr. K C Koshel (Ph.D) the managing director, who took great efforts to live the dream of his father, late Pandit Keshvanand Kaushal. It took more than 2 years of construction work and furnishing, before the Vidya Tower could get its final shape. Vidya tower name is after late Smt. Vidyawati Kaushal, mother of Dr K C Koshel and late Smt. Vidyawati Tewari, mother of Smt. Gopi Kaushal, wife of Dr. K C Koshel.
Dr K C Koshel, Ph.D in chemistry, retired from ONGC as GGM, chief labs in 2005. He served all across the country through various postings during his working career.
Presently he is supervising the smooth functioning of the hospital as the managing director.
Dr Anoop Kaushal, MS, DNB, MNAMS, is the elder son of Dr. K C Koshel. He is an ENT and Head Neck surgeon, the first doctor in the Kaushal family, which was possible only because of the most sincere efforts of the parents and the guidance and blessings of the grandparents and family members.
Dr Anoop Kaushal started Keshav ENT clinic in 2005 which is located at Upasana Complex, GMS road, near Ballupur chowk, opposite Axis Bank.
